Position & Role
Members of the Management Board
Group policy is decided at the Group General Meeting, after the progress of each project and risk tolerance has been shared and confirmed, and after new projects and personnel matters have been discussed and their effectiveness has been reviewed.
General Manager
The GM has the following six basic duties
・Shaping the working environment
・Setting the strategy
・Resource allocation
・Manager training
・building an organization
・Supervision of daily operations
Special Advisor to the GM
In practical terms, he is a traveling coach for all categories of the group, providing direct management guidance while also identifying the potential and problems of affiliated companies and subsidiaries and making recommendations to the GM and board of directors. In this way, we aim to increase the value of the entire group.
Executive Officers
Share the situation of each company, summarize the effectiveness and issues of each project, and make recommendations to the General Meeting of the Group.
Area Managers
Responsible for managing and operating multiple companies within a specific area, managing sales, improving customer satisfaction, training and managing staff, etc. They will be required to achieve goals not only within a specific company, but within their assigned area. In addition, they will play a wide range of roles, including acting as a liaison between the Board of Executive Officers and each company.
Auditor
They audit whether each company is operating fairly and equitably and assist in group operations in accordance with governance regulations.
